I started off as a coach because my father believed I could help people, I had only just completed my tour in the Army so I was a little lost with what I wanted to do with my life. I took on my old man’s advice and also found that I had a knack for the business/growth side of this industry so here I am today.
HOW HAS CCP SHAPED YOUR COACHING PRACTICE?
It has completely reshaped how I approach the way I assess and understand individuals. Because my demographics are made up of execs and stay at home individuals, it is imperative that I work with these people within their (physical) means and OPEX has showed me precisely how to do this (although I am constantly learning).
WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION? I don’t enjoy feeling wrecked from training sessions, therefore the ultimate session(S) for me would be the ones that allow me to train sustainably and frequently.

I secretly enjoy the OPEX tester, 90 min AMRAP 1300m row, 200m farmers walk, 15 Wall Walks, 42 double unders. That or power cleans and rowing intervals!

CCP gave me more insight on how to improve myself as a coach from where I am out now, and to show you passion to others around you. CCP reminded me why education is so important and that is, it takes you places where you can learn to be a good person and rub off on others around you.
