OPEX Coaching Mentorship·For OPEX Method graduates

Level 2 Means Something Different for Every Coach.

So it's built one coach at a time. Eight weeks, 1:1 with a mentor who has done it before, working a plan built around the gaps you've already found in your own practice.

You Finished OPEX CCP. You Also Found Out Where You Need More Mentorship.

OPEX CCP gives you a complete coaching system. And it shows you, with real clients in front of you, exactly where your system needs refinement and 1:1 guidance.

For one coach it's the consult. They can design a year of training but they lose the client in the first conversation.

For another it's nutrition and lifestyle, where they default to generic advice because they never built the confidence to prescribe.

For one it's the business: the coaching is good, the numbers are not, and no amount of program design fixes that.

For another it's a deeper dive into the marketing and content engine that drives acquisition.

The gap is different for every coach. Which is why a second curriculum would be the wrong answer. You don't need more content. You need one experienced coach looking at your specific practice, and eight weeks of working on it together.

Just as we believe coaching should be completely individualized, we believe the same about mentorship.

You See Your Plan Before You Commit to It.

There is no syllabus on this page because there isn't one. Here is how yours gets built.

01

Complete the intake.

55 questions about your practice: your clients, your consults, your design, your nutrition and lifestyle coaching, your numbers, and where you want to be in eight weeks. Expect to spend real time on it. The quality of the plan depends on it.

02

We build your eight weeks.

We read the intake and reverse-engineer your curriculum based on your wants, needs, and gaps: what gets worked on each week, what you'll bring to each call, and how we'll know it's working.

03

Walk through it on a call.

Your mentor takes you through the plan before you commit to anything. You're not buying a program. You're buying a specific plan from a specific coach, and you get to look at both first.

04

Eight weeks, 1:1.

Weekly calls with your mentor, check-ins between them, and progress checks against the outcome you agreed on at the start.

05

Finish with your "Level 2 CCP."

And a coaching practice that no longer has the gap you came in with.

The outcome is agreed on the front end, for every coach, every time. The eight weeks exist to get you there.

This Is for CCP Graduates Seeking Individualized Support.

For coaches ready to take their practice to the next level.

Who it's for

An OPEX CCP graduate who understands coaching principles, is using them with real clients, but still has gaps they would like to fill alongside a coach who has successfully closed that gap. It can be the consult. It can be program design, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, or the business itself.

Who it's not for
  • Coaches who haven't completed their OPEX CCP Final Project. This isn't flexible. We can't individualize on top of principles you haven't been through yet. If you're not a graduate, the Method is where you start.

  • Coaches who lack commitment and follow-through. A mentor gives you an informed outside view of your practice and holds you to the plan. You are still expected to put in the work.

Where Graduates Usually Want to Go Deeper.

These aren't modules. They're the areas the intake asks about, and the ones mentors most often end up building a plan around. Yours may be one of them, or two, or something we haven't listed.

Consulting

You can design but you lose people in the first conversation, or you can't convert a consult into a committed client.

Assessment

You run the screen but you don't trust what it tells you, so your design doesn't change when the data does.

Program design

Your clients plateau at month four and you don't know whether the problem is the dose, the progression, or the client.

Nutrition and lifestyle

You default to general advice because you never built the confidence to prescribe, so your clients' results stall outside the gym.

Behavior and retention

Clients leave at the point where they should be staying for years.

Business practice

You know your rate but not your model, and the practice makes money without making a living.

Marketing and content

Acquisition, positioning, and the marketing system that sustains your desired growth.

Specialization

You want to build a practice around one population and don't know how to get there without losing what you have.

If you're reading this and your gap isn't here, tell us in the intake. The plan is built from what you say, not from this list.

Someone Who Has Closed This Gap Before.

Every OPEX mentor runs the model with their own clients. You're matched on your gap, not on availability: a coach whose consult is the problem gets a mentor who built a practice on consults, and a coach whose numbers are the problem gets one who has run the business. You'll know who your mentor is before the plan call, and they're the one who walks you through it.

Iñaki Roza

Group to Individual Design, gym owners and growing a practice.

Henry Toraño

Assessment, physiology and program design.

Melissa Bernstein

Consults, client relationships and long-term retention.

Steve Volke

Systems, the business side and growing a practice.

Carl Hardwick

Coaching and business, built together. Limited availability.

Your Gaps Filled.

Graduates leave with the specific gap closed and a way of working it that holds after the mentorship stops. You gain ongoing access to the OPEX Coaching community and a career-changing mentorship relationship.

Questions Coaches Ask.

I have years of coaching experience. Do I really need to go through the Method first?

Yes. This isn't about experience. It's about shared principles. A mentor can only individualize on top of a system they know you have, and the only way we know is the Method. We turn away experienced coaches for this every year, and we'd rather do that than run a mentorship that has to start with the fundamentals.

What if I don't know what my gap is?

That's what the intake is for. The questions walk through every part of your practice, and most coaches see their gap clearly by the end. If you have more than one, your mentor helps you decide where eight weeks will make the biggest difference.

When should I decide?

If you're in the Method now, at your Direction Call. By then you've been through the program, you've worked with your mentor, and you know what you still want help with. If you've already graduated, start with the intake. You decide after you've seen your plan.

Can I choose my mentor?

You can tell us who you'd like to work with, and we'll match on your gap first. If there's a mismatch between the two, we'll tell you on the plan call and you can decide.

What happens if I don't like the plan?

You don't pay. The walk-through call exists so you can see exactly what the eight weeks are before committing. If the plan isn't right, we'll either rebuild it or tell you this isn't the right next step.

Is this a certification?

It's a certificate. You'll receive the OPEX Coaching Mentorship certificate on completion, alongside your OPEX Method credential. It's not a separate credential and we don't position it as one.

Can I do this more than once?

Yes. Some coaches come back a year later with a different gap. Same intake, new plan.

Does OPEX give me clients?

No. We'll make you better at getting and keeping them if that's your gap. We don't hand them to you.

Start With the Intake.

Fifty-five questions. Your mentor builds the plan from them and walks you through it on a call. You decide after that.
