When the progression breaks
First move, always: repeat the week. Not a new stimulus. The same one. We do not adapt as fast as our spreadsheets do.
Two misses in a row is a recovery problem.Go look at sleep, stress and food before you touch the bike.
Never add a second variableto diagnose a problem with the first. If the plan was pace, stay on pace.

The next step
The tool read the test.
The Method builds the coach.
Ten weeks, cohort based, live with Carl Hardwick every week. Assessment, consultation, program design, and the business that pays you for it. Built on a real client inside CoachRx, from week one.
This is one test, and it told you about Work. Nothing about Body, nothing about Move, nothing about how they sleep or what they eat. That complete picture is the OPEX Method.
