I started off as a coach because my father believed I could help people, I had only just completed my tour in the Army so I was a little lost with what I wanted to do with my life. I took on my old man’s advice and also found that I had a knack for the business/growth side of this industry so here I am today.

It has completely reshaped how I approach the way I assess and understand individuals. Because my demographics are made up of execs and stay at home individuals, it is imperative that I work with these people within their (physical) means and OPEX has showed me precisely how to do this (although I am constantly learning).
WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION? I don’t enjoy feeling wrecked from training sessions, therefore the ultimate session(S) for me would be the ones that allow me to train sustainably and frequently.

My ultimate (training) movement session would have to do with being taken to my limits, apply myself skillfully, and finish with a satisfaction no technology could ever simulate. It might look like an MTB ride on a sweet trail to a base of a mountain, climb that mountain, and at the top sing an opera with perfect tone. Then, head home and find another adventure tomorrow. Id rather live without training, but I’ve got to learn in efficient ways.

Not only is CCP the gold standard for education in our industry, it was the course that really showed me an in-depth way to give to, care for and connect with my clients in way that others in our industry don’t.
WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION?
My ultimate training session would be about 4 hrs long. It would cover all aspects of strength, speed and power, lots of gymnastics built into a land, water and aerobic components.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NOURISHING MEAL?
Well maybe not the best but tacos and burgers are my weakness. Plus a chocolate chip cookie- heaven...

Alternate between a Gain session and mixed aerobic work. Love training full-body resistance on a lot of days.

Chicken and vegetables with dal (pulses) and roti (Indian flatbread).
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
Playing with my dog, spending time with family and listening to podcasts or reading. I also enjoy brewing coffee different ways.
