I am a soccer player turned fitness enthusiast. I always have had a passion for movement but when I stopped playing competitive soccer in my late teens I began a fitness journey which lead me to bodybuilding, calisthenics, functional fitness, running and now towards being a generalist when it comes to modalities. I bring this desire to try everything and learn from it in every aspect of my life.

WHY ARE YOU A FITNESS COACH?

I am a fitness coach because I have seen the power of fitness to give me a sense of ownership over my life and I want to help others gain that autonomy and move well as defined by them.

HOW HAS CCP SHAPED YOUR COACHING PRACTICE?

CCP has given me a whole integrated system that I use to give consistent valuable experience to my clients and allows me to focus on creating results for my clients in a manner that is true to who I am and rooted in solid principles

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION?

Some calisthenics skills training, mixed in with KB work and a lot of unilateral movements (RFESS anyone? ;)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NOURISHING MEAL?

A love my power smoothie I make each morning (lots of fruit/greens, fats, and protein). Easy and delicious way to start my day

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOBBY OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?

Hanging out with my brother, either playing soccer, or recording a podcast.
