I believe health and fitness is the key to: - Longevity - Feeling Better - Moving Better - More Confidence - Being Happier - Independence - Feeling Empowered I believe in building consistency through daily habits and self-responsibility. I seek growth and improvement in everything (Myself and others). I love helping people get and feel confident and stronger, not only in the gym but in daily life. I like to guide my clients to do things they never thought were possible by helping them push themselves to limits they didn't know were possible for themselves. This way, they can get healthy and move better by getting stronger.
HOW HAS CCP SHAPED YOUR COACHING PRACTICE?
CCP/CoachRx has provided me with the tools needed to take the information I get from an initial assessment and create a long-term plan for my clients. It has also given me a deeper understanding of what my clients need to succeed.
WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE TRAINING SESSION?
Lifting heavy! A mixture of barbell and dumbbell training with a performance goal in mind.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NOURISHING MEAL?
My power breakfast! Eggs, mixed veggies, toast, and sweet potato, topped with a whole lot of Cholula.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
Spending time with my dogs and husband, reading, going on walks, going to the shooting range, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants.
