What exactly is an OPEX workshop?+
A focused, in-person workshop led by a seasoned OPEX coach. You go deep on one topic, get hands-on practice in a room of other coaches, and leave able to apply what you learned right away. No filler, just the work.
Do I need to be an OPEX or CCP coach to attend?+
No. Workshops are open to any coach who wants to get better, whether or not you've been through OPEX education. The more coaching experience you bring, the more you'll get out of it, but there are no prerequisites.
How should I prepare?+
Come ready to work. Bring your own coaching context, real client examples, and the questions you're wrestling with. The more you put in, the more you'll walk out with something you can use immediately.
Will it be recorded, or can I join remotely?+
No. Workshops are in person only and aren't recorded. The value is being in the room, getting hands-on reps, and learning directly from the coach and the people around you. You have to be there to get it.
How do I pay for my seat?+
Your seat is paid in full at checkout. Enrollment is handled directly by OPEX Fitness, and seats are confirmed in the order they're reserved.
What if I can't make it?+
Life happens. Seats aren't refundable, but they are transferable: if you can't attend, you can move your seat to another OPEX workshop. Just reach out before the event and we'll sort it out.
