OPEX Coaches Retreat.

November 2-5, 2026 | Lisbon, Portugal

What to Expect

Challenge. Support. Growth.

It has been four years since we had OPEX coaches in a room together. We are doing it again in Lisbon, and we are doing it right. Four days in nature to train, learn, teach, and connect the way coaches are meant to.
Carl Hardwick CEO, OPEX Fitness
01

Teach.

You will be in a room full of bright coaches. Sessions led by James FitzGerald, Carl Hardwick, and the coaches beside you dig into methodology, programming, and the craft.

02

Move.

You move every single day. Training together runs through the entire retreat, start to finish, because coaches should practice what they prescribe.

03

Learn.

The real growth happens between coaches. Four days of challenging and supporting each other, the same way you do for your own clients every week.

04

Create.

Shared meals at long tables, forest wellness, and the kind of unhurried conversations that only happen when coaches are in the same place.
