Tennil has an upper body strength session filled with split jerks, muscle-ups, and push presses. Take a look at her AM Session.

AM Session

A) Rocking strict MU on low box + Strict MU negative:
2.2 x 5; rest 2-3 min – PERFECT reps, TRY on rings

B) Split Jerk:
working to a 2RM in 15-20 min – HAVE some fun, STAY fresh and PERFECT with your efficiency.

C) Push Press:
5,1,5,1; rest as needed – STAY strong here, 5s@75% ish, 1s tough with no fails!

D1) Semi supinated chest to bar pull ups:
@20X1; 3,1,3,1,3,1; rest 30 sec – QUALITY ROM

D2) Strict Dip:
@22X1; 3,1,3,1,3,1; rest 2 min – QUALITY ROM

E) NFT:
10 bent over cable reverse delt fly
into…..
