Tennil will be tackling 18.3 in her morning session at OPEX North Scottsdale.

A) CF Open 18.3: Go time, same drill. EXECUTE.

Her PM Session is pretty basic aerobic and swim work meant to help her relax and move at the same time.

A) Swim: 10 mim play time EASY swims!
