Coaching starts with behavior change. Learn its principles, how to consult with your clients, and how to capture objective results through the OPEX Body, Move, and Work assessment. Then build lifestyle and nutrition into the foundation of your program design.

Energy-system-based program design. Learn the OPEX Gain, Pain, and Sustain model, attacking resistance, anaerobic, and aerobic training, and how to individualize every program for the client in front of you.

The complete OPEX Coaching Certificate Program. You get full digital access the day you enroll, three days of live in-person instruction, final project review, and the path to CCP certification. One enrollment, the whole program.
What happens between enrolling and the event?+
You start immediately. The full CCP digital program opens the day you enroll, and most coaches work through the online material before the live days so the three days in the room hit even harder.
Are there payment plans?+
Yes. You can pay in full, split it into 2 payments, or spread it across 12 monthly payments. When you sign up, our coach advocate will help you set up the plan that fits.
I'm a CCP graduate. Is this for me too?+
Absolutely. There's a dedicated alumni rate for certified CCP coaches who want three days in the room, live refinement of their craft, and the community that comes with it. Our coach advocate will get you set up with it when you sign up.
Do I get certified at the event?+
The event delivers the full curriculum live. After the event you complete your final project, OPEX reviews it, and you earn your CCP certification. You leave the room on track, and finish certified.
