Tennil is 1 and done for the first CrossFit Open workout. She is back to training the olympic lifts.

On Saturday, the Fittest Woman in America completed 18.1 with a score of 410. She won’t be doing another attempt today.

It’s back to training olympic lifts with some high effort for time-pieces in the morning.

A) Snatch: 3 reps x 3 sets – 77.5%, 2 reps x 3 sets – 80%, 1 rep x 3 sets – 85%; rest as needed – building load, STAY FAST, STRONG and Confident

B) Deficit Snatch DL + Deficit Snatch pull: 2.2 x 5 sets; rest 2-3 min – 80-85% of RM snatch – Video 2 sets

C) 5 sets @consistent effort:
30′ DB OH lunges – 50# – L
12 burpees over DB facing
50 unbroken DU
20′ DB OH lunges – 50# – R
rest walk 2 min
– Show an increase in pace per set

D) @high effort:
9 OHS – 125#
2 RC – 20′
20m HS walk
7 OHS – 145#
2 RC – 20′
20m HS walk
5 OHS – 165#
2 RC – 20′
20m HS walk

In the PM Session Tennil has a simple and easy cyclical gymnastic piece.
A) Every 5 min complete::
AB 15 cals
10 GH sit ups
Row 15 cals
10 push ups
x 8 ro
