Do I need have taken CCP to enroll in Mixed Modal?
You are not required to complete CCP before enrolling in Mixed Modal; however, CCP provides fundamental, baseline knowledge referenced within Mixed Modal on everything from getting clients in the door (general population or elite athletes) to ensuring their life outside the gym supports their goals on the floor.
What will I learn from Mixed Modal?
Mixed Modal will provide in-depth coaching principles and methodology for long-term athletic development in competitive functional fitness. The course will provide coaching theory, practical application, sample programming, and best practices for identifying an ideal path forward for an athlete based on training age and history.
