One of the books that’s really beneficial for that is called The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. It’s not designed for fitness businesses, but it’s really designed for you to think through how you can make decisions, refine those decisions, make a new set of decisions, and refine those continuously.
The Lean Startup contains a wealth of material related to strategy, execution, measurement, refinement.
2: Positioning - Al Ries & Jack Trout
Then just to throw on a bonus second book, there’s a book called Positioning by Al Ries and Jack Trout which may be a bit dated but still contains valuable information to fitness business owners and coaches.
